       and welcome to this video series how to produce your first website with BlueGriffon® presented by easierinternetmarketing.com hi I'm Graham Brady and welcome to this first video in a series to relate you started creating and publishing your own site in each of these videos I'll be sharing with you the video objectives these will outline exactly what I'll be aiming to complete you can see recording this video the objectives are to introduce you to BlueGriffon® then show you how step-by-step to download the software first of all acceptable background we're talking here about using web editors now web editors are piece of software that enable us to create web pages you may have heard of web editors such as dreamweaver frontpage or composer nice thing is you won't have to learn any complex programming language as a software will do all necessary conversion for you from your basic text so let's get started first we need to do is locate and download necessary web editor software the web editor we've chosen to use is BlueGriffon® nice thing about this absolutely free can get better than that cut it now web editors such as BlueGriffon® are known as WYSIWYG programs you can exactly what you see on the screen really really simple now here's a link to the BlueGriffon® website either click directly on this link or copy and paste the URL into your toolbar now I've already loaded the software onto my site so we're going to do is simply take you through a series of screenshots to show you how the various stages and choices I've chosen the screens will therefore appear quicker than they would in real time so don't forget to pause this video whenever you need to watch the process as it happens click on this download text here and the process will begin now most people I'm sure we'll be using the Windows version so let me click on this link if you're using other operating systems and simply make the necessary choices now we go through a series of choices here we click on run and the download will begin again you'll see this screen come up and the Glen Kane can click on run I've chosen to use English monitor flang Guajira Khan okay and next now this screen here always choose a default so telling me where to put the program is chosen C Program Files BlueGriffon® so click on next click on BlueGriffon® and next I've chosen to create a desktop icon and also a quick launch icon so click on next again and install the process will then begin and the program be installed onto your computer file you'll see this screen as we click on finish ok so here we are the program ready to start creating our first web page I hope you get excited let's just reflect what we achieved so far we now know much more about web editor programs in particular BlueGriffon® and we've downloaded the software now the next video I'll be showing you how to create your first web page thanks for watching this video produced by easierinternetmarketing.com I'll be back you again very soon bye bye for now
