Say I have one region making ale and another making arms and armor. How do I avoid accidentally disarming my weapons town by sending too much to my farming town?

You actually don't have to worry about it in that particular case.
Once you set up your militia units, the people that are part of those militias will grav the weapons and armor they need from the storehouse and keep it in their burgage.
This makes it unavailable for your barterers.

In other words, you cant 'disarm' your people because they've already reserved their equipment.
Anything in the storehouse is a surplus.

You don't.
That's why you use trading posts if you want to trade a specific amount.

In all seriousness, it would be nice if we had the ability to do that, and maybe we will in the future, but we don’t yet, you just have to eyeball it and then switch it manually.

Worker/Family Management Question
I decided to start building out around my 'minning' area to the right here. Built out a logging camp to conceptually give them access to logs quicker (with a ox on a hitching post) and a few houses.

Problem is things are taking forever to be built over there and it seems like people are walking and moving stuff back and forth (even built an additional storehouse and granary).

Can I have certain individuals live and work over there? Would that be even effective?🤔
Also, it's the only decent area with Flax so I'm going to get more invested....

Just saw that from a video from the ipfs, how do you make such perfect circle roads? Question

You can use the windmill to create a small circle to start with, then make the straight roads meeting in the middle and go outwards from there. It's not 'perfect', you still got to measure by eyesight.

small circle with windmill
straight roads in the middle
- straight roads outwards from there.

u/tfarrister I did this but used a deer spawn circle as my starting point.
