• Right click >Save Page as>Save>
  Save

• open said best editor > make edits > save

• open up neocities dashboard URL

• create new folder `/blog' if no have

  • neocities.org/dashboard?dir=blog#createDir

• open up /blog folder

• upload edited .html file

with said online neocities (Ace)
